2. If I haven't already paid for a PowerPlugs: Templates for PowerPoint Subscription, how will the templates I download with Template Finder look different from templates I download with a paid subscription?
If you are a PowerPlugs: Templates for PowerPoint Subscriber there is no watermark on templates downloaded with TemplateFinder.

If you are not a PowerPlugs: Templates for PowerPoint Subscriber, this is what the templates downloaded with TemplateFinder will look like:

3. Does the PowerPlugs: Template Finder download the templates to my computer's hard drive?
No. It downloads the selected template directly into your current PowerPoint presentation. When you save your presentation to your hard drive, the template will be automatically saved inside your presentation.

4. Is there a limit to how many templates I can "Try"?
For all practical purposes there is no limit. But, in order to prevent hackers or others from using special software to quickly download all of our templates to their own computers (and, as a result, causing performance problems for everyone else) we do have a limit of 100 watermarked templates that can be downloaded per user per day.

5. Can I use the PowerPlugs: Template Finder program to view templates on my own PC or on another website?
No, not at this time.

6. I haven't purchased a PowerPlugs: Templates for PowerPoint Subscription yet. But I am trying out some of the watermarked templates and I think they look pretty good. Is it OK if I just try to cover up the watermarks and use them in a presentation?
If you are a starving student, we might look the other way. But, in general, we are relying on your personal integrity to not do things like that. Our template developers put a lot of work into creating these templates. And they count on your purchases to help put food on their families' tables. So, we really need to ask you to pay for the templates if you are going to use them in any actual presentations.

7. Are there any restrictions on my ability to give away, use or resell the PowerPlugs: Template Finder or the templates that I download from CrystalGraphics.com?
Yes. You can't give away, rent or resell the PowerPlugs Template Finder or the PowerPlugs Templates for PowerPoint. Please see the END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT for more details.

2. What are my tech support options?


Technical Support Options

Website-based Tech Support: CrystalGraphics customers automatically receive unlimited access to our Online Technical Support FAQs which list the typical technical support problems that users encounter, along with our best information regarding their solutions. This service is available free of charge.

Email-based Tech Support: If you are a CrystalGraphics customer and have read through all the common questions and answers in the technical support section of the CrystalGraphics website, and your issue is still not resolved, you can click here to send us an email for a customized answer to your unique issue. Most emails are answered within 24 hours of receipt.

Telephone-based Support: If you should need telephone-based assistance within 30 days after your purchase, you can call our tech support team Monday through Friday, 8:30AM - 2:00PM Pacific Time.

1. Please note: Our tech support staff is often on the phone helping other customers, so you may get voice mail when you call. But don’t be alarmed: A technical support representative will make every effort to promptly return your call and assist you. If you do get voice mail, be sure to leave a message that includes your name and contact information such as your complete email address and a phone number (include your country & city code numbers) along with a description of the problem you are experiencing.
