Satisfaction Guarantee
Our satisfaction guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with any product you have purchased from CrystalGraphics, you may return it to us for a refund, subject to the followings terms and conditions:

  • If the product return is requested within 30 days of your purchase, you may qualify for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges).
  • If the product or packaging has been damaged upon receipt, a restocking fee may apply that will depend on the product and the degree and cause of the damage.
  • If the product return is requested within between 31 and 60 days of your purchase, your refund will be limited to 50% of the original purchase price.
  • If the product return is requested within after 60 days, we are sorry to say that no refund is available.

Returns procedure: To request a product return authorization, please complete and submit this form. Then, after your requested return has been authorized via email from CrystalGraphics, please do as follows:

  • If the product you wish to return is a photo, template or software, delete the product, then send a signed email back stating that all copies of the product have been permanently deleted.
  • If the product is a CD or remote control or any other physical product purchased from CrystalGraphics, your refund will be processed after confirmation by our shipping company that it has been returned in good condition. To return it, repackage the product in its original case and mail it back to our shipping company at this address:
