To find your ID Code and Password (required for versions prior to 1.28) please follow the steps below:

1.Load the Crystal 3D IMPACT! Pro program

2.Go to the HELP menu.

3.Click on the "About Crystal 3D IMPACT! Pro" option to see the ID Code and Password located in the top left corner of the dialog box.

4.Please note that the ABC1D and 1234 are sample numbers and not the numbers found on your system.

5.Please check your code carefully. Certain characters, such as the letters "O", "I" and "l" and the numbers "0" and "1", can be easily confused.
