Crystal KALEIDOSCOPE was created for both the novice and experienced 3D graphic artists who want to expand their set of tools for a great price. It includes a wide range of graphics tools: 3D animation, morphing and special effects software, paint programs and tons of textures and 3D models.
Crystal KALEIDOSCOPE is an incredible suite of award-winning leading products. No other package offers a set of graphics tools (3D animation, morphing and special effects software, paint programs and tons of textures and 3D models) at an amazing price.
Crystal TOPAS Professional is DOS-based, but the other products in the suite are Windows-based or are clip art products which will work with any operating system. They all work together by importing and exporting TGA (Targa) files.
All of the products in the Crystal KALEIDOSCOPE suite are stand-alone products, except for Kai's Power Tools SE, which plugs into MetaCreations Painter.
No. You can purchase Crystal TOPAS Professional by itself or you can purchase the entire suite. Registered Crystal TOPAS Professional customers can purchase the Crystal KALEIDOSCOPE suite upgrade, which excludes Crystal TOPAS Professional. However, you cannot purchase individual components of the suite through CrystalGraphics.
