If
I send my presentations to others to view, do they need to have
PowerPlugs: FlashReady installed on their PCs to see the embedded
Flash movies?
No. The only thing they would need on their computer
is the Adobe Shockwave Player in order to see the Flash movies.
According to Adobe, 99% of the existing PCs have this already.
But if your audience members dont, have it on their PCs,
they can download it here: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/

Every

display the YouTube video at all.
It
is true that you have to be connected to the Internet to view
any online Flash video, even if it is inserted into PowerPoint.
We dont have a solution for that yet. But we can help
you with the reloading issue. To avoid that reloading delay
during a presentation, just do the following:
1.
Before you present your presentation, select View Show
or View Show with Effects.
2.
Go to the slide with a YouTube video embedded.
3.
Hit Play to let the video load.
4.
Once the video has loaded completely, hit Play again
to pause the video.
5.
Then drag the timeline slider back to the beginning of the video.
(You must drag the slider back to the beginning; otherwise the
video will freeze when you return to the YouTube slide.)
6.
Then return to the title slide for your presentation and then
proceed normally from there.
