is the resolution, size and file type?
Digital Juice plus! file formats include:
POT, AVI, BMP, GIF, JPG,TIFF and Quick Time. Image file resolutions
include: 640x480, 720x480, 800x600, and 1600x1200. Numerous files are
also provided in the print resolution of 8.5"x11" at 300 DPI.

- Why do I get an
error when I insert a movie into PowerPoint?
If you have a PC, use the animations from the AVI directory on the
Digital Juice Animations CD. If you have a MAC, use the movie (QuickTime)
files.
Still not working? You may need to install iv5play.exe. from the animations
CD. If you are on a network, ask your network administrator to install
the program for you.
