Current Version
The current version of the PowerPlugs: Charts software is 1.2. If you are a registered user of PowerPlugs: Charts, and your software has an older (lower) version number than this, please review "Updating instructions" listed below. For non-registered users of PowerPlugs: Charts, click here to try out the latest demo of Charts for FREE.

New Features of 1.2
PowerPlugs: Charts now supports PowerPoint and Excel 2003 (in addition to 97/2000/2002).

 Updating Instructions for version 1.0 and version 1.1 registered users
To update the software properly, it is important that you follow these steps in the order listed below:

  1. Contact us to obtain secure download link(s). You can email or call us at 408-496-6175. Please be prepared to provide us with the following information:
    		Purchase confirmation number
    		Date of purchase
    		Full name of registered user
  2. Once we've verified that you're a registered user of PowerPlugs: Charts, we will email you instructions on how to download the latest Charts software.
  3. Download and install your PowerPlugs: Charts update. To do so, download the update file using the secure link that was issued to you. We suggest creating a folder on your hard drive called Download. It will make it easier to find the software later.
  4. Uninstall your old version of PowerPlugs: Charts by going to the Start menu>Programs>PowerPlugs>Charts and selecting Uninstall Charts. Follow the uninstall Intructions.
  5. Double click on the file that you just downloaded, and follow the instructions to install the latest version of PowerPlugs: Charts.
