A PowerPlugs: Templates for PowerPoint Premium Subscription includes an annual subscription to CrystalGraphics’ PowerPlugs: Templates for PowerPoint, which are available online as downloadable template files only, plus one custom PowerPoint template (not to be confused with a custom PowerPoint presentation). These custom templates are being developed on a best-efforts basis. Custom template delivery time is up to two weeks from the time you submit our online order form and send in any non-CrystalGraphics artwork that is to be included. We will provide up to one round of revisions per custom template. But other than that, we do not guarantee your satisfaction, and will not offer refunds if you are not satisfied despite reasonable efforts of our talented designers.

CrystalGraphics will own the copyright to all custom templates created or customized for the benefit of specific customers. As a result, you have a license for use, but may not resell the PowerPlugs: Templates for PowerPoint templates, including any custom templates created for you, without written permission from CrystalGraphics.

The owners of any third party images used in the templates may have other restrictions on their use. However, as far as CrystalGraphics’ copyrights are concerned, the PowerPlugs: Templates for PowerPoint templates may be used within any presentation which can be distributed without limitation; However, if distributed to over 100 people, we require that the customer includes a copyright notice in the presentation that states: “PowerPoint template copyright © CrystalGraphics, Inc. All rights reserved.”

Unless there is a written agreement to the contrary, CrystalGraphics reserves the right to offer all custom templates to other customers (minus your included proprietary artwork, if any, such as corporate logos or photos).
