1. How often do you make new templates?
Our Template designers are always making new templates. We release a new batch of hundreds of beautiful new PowerPoint templates every month.

Can I change the colors or pictures of the PowerPlugs: Templates?
Yes, you can if you have your own replacement images or have an image editing program (such as PhotoShop) that will allow you to change the colors of an existing JPEG image. To get access to the current images to edit, or to replace the current images with other images, you’ll want to use the View>Master>Slide Master tool in PowerPoint.

3. Are the PowerPlugs: Templates animated?
Yes, some PowerPlugs: Templates are animated. In the key word search, type in “animated” and you will find many pages of animated templates. The template will either have the word “Static” or “Animated” underneath the individual template name.

4. How many templates can I download?
The PowerPlugs: Templates for PowerPoint Subscription offering includes over 1,000 unique PowerPoint templates available for download on the CrystalGraphics.com website. For security reasons, we have had to impose the following restrictions: You can download up to 25 template per day to 1 or 2 computers that you personally use. If for some reason that is not enough for a special situation, please let us know in advance of your need and we’ll try to accommodate you.

5. I only need one template. Do you have individual pricing for PowerPlugs: Templates?
At this point you cannot buy the templates individually.

6. I have suggestions for different templates. Who should I send these suggestions to?
We are always creating new templates to better suit our customers’ various specialized needs. If you’d like to help us get a better idea of what you might need now or at some point in the future, please visit BigStockPhoto.com and pick out a few photos that represent what you are looking for. Please then email requests at crystalgraphics.com with a list of images you would like to see eventually integrated into our future PowerPlugs: Templates for PowerPoint. We can integrate these images into our next few batches of templates. But if you have a specific need, and you need it very soon, we recommend that you buy or upgrade to the PowerPlugs: Templates for PowerPoint Premium Subscription.

7. How do the PowerPlugs: Templates work? Do I get a CD?
The PowerPlugs: Templates for PowerPoint are not available on a CD. They are available as a download-only. You will receive a sign-in name and password within 5 minutes of placing your order. You can then go to the PowerPlugs: Templates for PowerPoint home page and start downloading!

8. What are the system requirements for PowerPlugs: Templates?
They work with anything from Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 to 2007 and with Windows 2000, XP, & Vista. Each downloaded template requires about an average of about 400 KB of disk space to store it.

9. I have a Mac. Can I use PowerPlugs: Templates?
The template installers for PowerPlugs: Templates for PowerPoint are not Mac compatible. Nor is the PowerPlugs: Template Finder plugin for PowerPoint. But, once the templates are installed on a PC, they are extracted and saved as Microsoft standard POT files which are cross platform compatible with both PCs and Macs. So, if you have access to both PCs and Macs, you could install the templates on a PC, then copy the POT file, or a presentation created using the POT file, from your PC to your Mac and use it or play it there.

10. What are the licensing restrictions for PowerPlugs: Templates for PowerPoint?
The PowerPlugs: Templates for PowerPoint templates may be used within any presentation which can be distributed without limitation; However, if distributed to over 100 people, we require that the customer includes a copyright notice in the presentation that states: “PowerPoint template copyright © CrystalGraphics, Inc. All rights reserved.”

11. Can I create a presentation for another person using your PowerPlugs: Templates for PowerPoint?
Yes and their use and distribution of presentations using that template will have the same licensing restrictions as stated above.

12. Can I post this presentation online or do I need a special license?
Yes, you may post your presentations online without a special license.

13. Do other people need to have PowerPlugs to view a presentation with a PowerPlugs: Template?
No, they do not need PowerPlugs on their PC to view the presentations created with our templates. All they need is PowerPoint or the PowerPoint Viewer.

14. What happens after my subscription expires? Does the subscription automatically renew? Do the templates expire? Can I use these templates after my subscription runs out?
When your subscription expires it will not be automatically renewed. If you would like a new subscription you can purchase a new subscription online or over the phone with a sales representative. If you choose not to renew your subscription you do not lose the right or ability to use your PowerPlugs: Templates for PowerPoint. You just will not be able to download any new templates.

15. Do I get notified when my subscription will expire?
No, so please take note of when you purchased the subscription. Your subscription will expire a year from the date of purchase.

Telephone-based Support: If you should need telephone-based assistance within 30 days after your purchase, you can call our tech support team Monday through Friday, 8:00AM (ET) to 4:30PM (PT).

But don’t be alarmed: A technical support representative will make every effort to promptly return your call and assist you. If you do get voice mail, be sure to leave a message that includes your name and contact information such as your complete email address and a phone number (include your country & city code numbers) along with a description of the problem you are experiencing.
