1. Is there any way that the alt keys for the top level menu can be activated? For example, pressing Alt-O-E would open the format cells dialog box in Excel 2007?

Downloading and Installation
1. Is there any way that the alt keys for the top level menu can be activated? For example, pressing Alt-O-E would open the format cells dialog box in Excel 2007?
Yes, you just need to add Q, Q before the original shortcuts. For example, just press Alt-Q-Q-O-E, you will open the format cells dialog box in Excel 2007. You could browse toolbars and menus without remembering the shortcuts. For example, press Alt-Q-Q and the 'All' menu displays as following, now, press O-P you can change the Paragraph setting.
A new feature of Microsoft Office 2007 System is: You don't need to remember keyboard shortcuts or shortcut keys to access to commands and functions of Office 2007 programs. We maintain the friendly features in Classic Menu for Office 2007.


2. Is there any way that the alt keys for the top level menu can be activated in PowerPoint ?
A new feature of Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 System is: You don't need to remember keyboard shortcuts or shortcut keys to access to commands and functions of PowerPoint 2007 programs. We maintain the friendly features in Classic Menu for PowerPoint 2007. You could browse toolbars and menus without remembering the shortcuts. Press Alt-Q-Q and the 'All' menu displays as following, now, press O-P you will change the Paragraph setting.

3. How can I show all menu items in the Quick Access Toolbar, so I will always be able to access all menus without clicking the Menus tab?
Click the menu item "All" of Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 with right button of the mouse, a menu will pop up. Click "Add to Quick Access Toolbar" with left button of the mouse.

Now you will see All menus displayed at Quick Access Toolbar. As shown in the following:

4. Can I use the Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 System without the ribbon?
Yes, if you add the classic menus and toolbars to the Quick Access Toolbar as following, you could do most of your work without the ribbon.
1. Right click on bottom of the Toolbars, select "Add to Quick Access Toolbar".
2. If you want, you can also select "Minimize the Ribbon".


3. Now, you can see the main menu and toolbars on Quick Access Toolbar!
