9. How do I insert PowerPlugs: Flash Clips into my PowerPoint presentations?
The best and easiest way to import a Flash clip into PowerPoint is using PowerPlugs: FlashReady (please refer to PowerPlugs: FlashReady Technical Support advice for complete instructions). You can insert a clip into PowerPoint manually, but it is difficult. See Microsoft's Knowledge Base or Macromedia Technotes for information on manual insertion of Flash clips.

10. Can I overlay text and/or animated bullets on an embedded Flash Clip in my PowerPoint presentation?
Unfortunately, no. But, this does not mean that you cannot have a Flash Clip on a slide that also has PowerPoint text and/or PowerPoint custom animation. PowerPoint text/ bullets (animated or not) will not display "over" an inserted Flash Clip ( this is a limitation of PowerPoint and not the inserted Flash clip). The PowerPoint text box / bullets must be placed 'outside' the boundary area of the embedded Flash clip so that,, upon play back of your Flash enhanced presentation, the Flash movie can play independent of other text , bullets, and/or custom animation effects applied to the same slide(s).

11. Is a special player required to send a PowerPoint presentation with PowerPlugs: Flash Clips to others?
The presentation will play in PowerPoint 2000 or later without any extra player. PowerPlugs: FlashReady can embed the Flash Clips in the presentation, so that they will not become separated. If you don't use FlashReady, you must be sure to include the Flash clip file with the presentation, since it's not embedded in the PowerPoint file. And, PowerPoint's Pack and Go and Pack for CD tools do not automatically include Flash files – you'll have to add these to a CD or presentation folder manually.
Note:
If you send a Flash movie-enhanced presentation to someone else but did not embed the Flash clip (i.e. by using PowerPlugs: FlashReady), be sure to do the following before you send the presentation and Flash clip file to your recipient(s):.
Go to the slide(s) that contain the Flash clip. Right mouse click on the selected Flash movie. Select properties>movie option. Remove the default Flash movie path settings so that only the SWF file name should be listed in the path.
Save your presentation.

1. How do I install PowerPlugs: Flash Clips?
Each volume of PowerPlugs: Flash Clips are contained in a ZIP (compressed) file. Once you have downloaded the PowerPlugs: Flash Clips file(s) to either your desktop or a folder on your hard drive, simply double-click the ZIP file to extract its contents to a folder / path of your choice. For instance, you can create a folder called "My Flash Clips" to store your collection of Flash movies so that you can easily access the SWF files from within your Web authoring software (FrontPage). Or, if you primarily intend to use PowerPlugs: Flash Clips in your PowerPoint presentations, and you own PowerPlugs: FlashReady (for easy insertion/embedding of flash effects in PowerPoint slides), unZIP your Flash Clips to the following drive / folder - C:\ProgramFiles\PowerPlugs\FlashReady\Movies. (If you choose not to extract or move the flash effect files to this specific folder, you can still use the "Import>Browse" option of PowerPlugs: FlashReady when you plan to embed a Flash Clip into your PowerPoint presentation).
