PowerPlugs: Flash Clips are short, high-quality movies in Flash format. They are designed to loop smoothly, so that you can play them continuously.

Flash animations and movies add a professional look and they makes webpages and PowerPoint presentations more interesting and exciting. They are very small files and usually play without degrading the performance of the viewer's browser or presentation.

CrystalGraphics grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use, publicly display and reproduce PowerPlugs: Flash Clips . That means that you can use them in any electronic or digital materials, including screensavers, electronic greeting cards, websites, Web advertisements, banner ads, broadcast video, multimedia including film and video, kiosks, PowerPoint presentations and CD-ROMs, provided that each of the PowerPlugs: Flash Clips are incorporated into a design in such a fashion that it is clearly not intended to be downloaded or copied by anyone else. You may also use screenshots of PowerPlugs: Flash Clips in printed materials, as well. Your purchase of PowerPlugs: Flash Clips must be for your own use, or for the use of your direct employer or client. You may not re-sell the PowerPlugs: Flash Clips media to others.

The file size varies from around 20kb up to around 400kb, depending on the content. Frame rates vary from 15 to 25 fps, and the dimensions of the clips vary from around 150 to 400 pixels on each side, and display at 72 dpi.

8. Is there a logo embedded in the clips?
The sample clips on our webpage include an embedded logo to protect our samples, but no logos or watermarks are embedded in the files you will download.

The best and easiest way to import a Flash clip into PowerPoint is using PowerPlugs: FlashReady . You can insert a clip into PowerPoint manually, but it is difficult. See Microsoft's Knowledge Base or Macromedia Technotes for information on manual insertion.

12. Is a special player required to send a PowerPoint presentation with PowerPlugs: Flash Clips to others?
The presentation will play in PowerPoint 2000 or later without any extra player. PowerPlugs: FlashReady can embed the Flash Clips in the presentation, so that they will not become separated. If you don't use FlashReady, you must be sure to include the clip file with the presentation, since it's not embedded in the PowerPoint file. PowerPoint's Pack and Go and Pack for CD tools do not automatically include Flash files – you'll have to add these to a CD or presentation folder manually.
