Updating Instructions for Users of PowerPlugs: Stationery 1.0 or 1.1

1. Download the PowerPlugs: Stationery update patch.
   Click here to begin downloading: PowerPlugs-Stationery-2003-patch.exe.
   Save the downloaded file to a location such as your "My Download Files" folder, where it will be easy to find in
   the next step. Do not uninstall your old PowerPlugs: Stationery software prior to installing the patch.
   
2. Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation. By default, the installer will overwrite the existing installation with the new installation.

Patch (fix) for users of PowerPlugs: Stationery with Outlook 2002 SP3 who may get the following misleading warning dialog.

It appears that the recent service pack release for Office XP, SP3, introduced a conflict with PowerPlugs: Stationery for Outlook. Evidently, when one clicks the "Send" button after composing an email message using PowerPlugs: Stationery in the email, the following warning message displays --

Although this warning message may seem alarming, be assured that CrystalGraphics' software is not intentionally "trying to access" your address book as the message may infer.  We have developed an updated patch for PowerPlugs: Stationery that eliminates the problem altogether. If you are getting this warning dialog, please follow the instructions below for downloading the PowerPlugs-Stationery-SP3-Patch.exe.

Note: This is a patch installer for PowerPlugs: Stationery version 1.2. If you are using an earlier version of PowerPlugs: Stationery (i.e. v1.0 or v1.1), please upgrade to v1.2 first and then apply this patch.
