Usability

1. How many presentations will I be able to scan with PresentationMANAGER?
There’s no limit to the amount of presentations that PresentationMANAGER can scan. If it’s on your computer PresentationMANAGER will scan it!

2. Will PresentationMANAGER support slide formats from multiple presentations?
Yes. PresentationMANAGER will let you drag and drop slides from multiple presentations to create a new presentation while retaining all slide formats, animations and media.

3. I own a desktop computer and a laptop, will I need to purchase 2 licenses of PresentationMANAGER?
No. The licensing of the PresentationMANAGER is per user, not per computer. As long as you are the only person using PresentationMANAGER, you can install the software on the computers you would be using on a daily basis.

4. What is unique about PresentationMANAGER’s Keyword Search?
PresentationMANAGER’s Keyword Search not only pulls up full presentations containing your words but also brings up individual slides that contain your copy lines in their content.

What does Sort do?
The sort feature allows you organize your categorized PowerPoints by presentation name or by date modified in ascending or descending order.

6. Will my presentations still reside in the same location (folder) on my computer after the scan?
Yes. PresentationMANAGER creates virtual categories for your presentations. You can organize your presentations inside PresentationMANAGER while keeping your original files in their present location.

7. How do I create a new presentation?
Drag and drop selected slides into the Presentation Preview Panel then click build. It’s that simple.You can pull all the slides from full presentations or individual slides from multiple presentations.

8. I just built a new presentation. What do I need to do to display it with the Presentation Player?
Once you’ve save it in PowerPoint, PresentationMANAGER will automatically scan it. Just double click on your new presentation in the all category and your presentation opens in the detail slide display level. Click on the Player icon on the top bar and your presentation will appear in the player.

System Requirements

1. What system requirements do I need to have to use PresentationMANAGER?
Yes, when your computer is configured in the following way(s) –
· WIndows XP or 2007
· PowerPoint 2000, XP, 2003 or 2007
· A screen resolution of 1280 by 960 pixels or higher is recommended

1. What are my tech support options?


Technical Support Options

Website-based Tech Support: CrystalGraphics customers automatically receive unlimited access to our Online Technical Support FAQs which list the typical technical support problems that users encounter, along with our best information regarding their solutions. This service is available free of charge.

Email-based Tech Support: If you are a CrystalGraphics customer and have read through all the common questions and answers in the technical support section of the CrystalGraphics website, and your issue is still not resolved, you can click here to send us an email for a customized answer to your unique issue. Most emails are answered within 24 hours of receipt.

Telephone-based Support: If you should need telephone-based assistance within 30 days after your purchase, you can call our tech support team Monday through Friday, 8:30AM - 2:00PM Pacific Time.

1. Please note: Our tech support staff is often on the phone helping other customers, so you may get voice mail when you call. But don’t be alarmed: A technical support representative will make every effort to promptly return your call and assist you. If you do get voice mail, be sure to leave a message that includes your name and contact information such as your complete email address and a phone number (include your country & city code numbers) along with a description of the problem you are experiencing.

2. For customers calling from within the U.S. and most parts of Canada, call 1 800-504-6148.

3. For customers calling from outside the U.S. and Canada, please dial +1 800-504-6148.

4. Note: Some locations outside the U.S. may not be able to connect directly to either of the above numbers. In this case, please call +1 408-496-6175, extension 271.

5. If you don’t get a call or email back from our technical support team within 1 working day of your voicemail or email message, or if you are not satisfied for any reason with the support you have been provided, please call our Technical Support Manager at +1 408-496-6175 x 276.
