Downloadling
and Installation
1. What
should I do when I've purchased PowerPlugs: AntiSpam, but I receive an
error message when trying to download the software?
Attempting
to download through a broadband connection (i.e. cable modem or DSL),
or a company network's Internet connection, can occasionally interfere
with your ability to access the FTP links (that CrystalGraphics provides
in your purchase confirmation email). It may generate error messages,
and perhaps restrict your ability to download the software you've purchased
from CrystalGraphics.
Please refer to our
Download
FAQs Web page for detailed assistance on resolving internet / file
download problems.

1. How

2. I
recently upgraded my version of Office/Outlook. Is there an update for
PowerPlugs: AntiSpam?
If PowerPlugs:
AntiSpam has been automatically keeping you up-to-date with the current
spam filters, then it is probably not necessary to install an update for
PowerPlugs: AntiSpam. But, if you find that since you updated / upgraded
your version of Office / Outlook, PowerPlugs: AntiSpam no longer operates,
you should probably uninstall PowerPlugs: AntiSpam and reinstall it. Before
you reinstall PowerPlugs: AntiSpam, be sure you set Outlook's Macro>Security
level (in the Tools menu) to Medium or Low as recommended above.

Miscellaneous
1. How
do I set a public blacklist?
Public blacklists
are filtering services on the Internet that track Internet addresses used
by spammers. Enabling PowerPlugs: AntiSpam to check against one or more
of the public blacklists may increase the amount of spam caught. However,
the public blacklists are imperfect in that some legitimate senders may
also be using the same Internet addresses as the spammers. Another tradeoff
is that using many blacklists can slow receipt of your messages. To set
a public blacklist, click on the PowerPlugs: AntiSpam button on the PowerPlugs:
AntiSpam toolbar and select "Options" from the menu. On the PowerPlugs:
AntiSpam popup, under the General Options section, check the public blacklist
you want to use, and then click the OK button.
to see an example public blacklist (RBL).

2.
What

AntiSpam will work with multiple Windows accounts on your Windows operating
system. However, you will need to install a version of PowerPlugs: AntiSpam
for each of these accounts. To do this, log into each account and install
PowerPlugs: AntiSpam. You do not have to purchase additional licenses
for each Windows account on the same computer. For Windows 95, 98 and
